When planning a city break, whether it be in the UK or abroad, I always think that the accommodation can make or break your trip and it’s always so important to do your research first and get it right!
On a recent two-night trip to Bristol in collaboration with Visit Bristol, our accommodation at Premier Suites Cabot Circus, ticked all the boxes for a comfortable family stay in the city centre. Located in the shopping area of Cabot Circus itself, you have everything you need on your doorstep from high-street shops like Zara and Topshop, to high-end Marc Jacobs and Harvey Nichols (you may need to warn your bank beforehand!). There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity too and the sights of Bristol can be easily accessed by a short walk or bus.
The modern and spacious two-bedroom apartment, complete with full kitchen, dining/living area, bathroom and ensuite, couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Lilah was thrilled that she had her own double bed and bathroom to herself!
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay too with crockery, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooking utensils all available for use during your stay. This is so handy if you don’t want to spend a fortune eating out every night. There’s even a Sainsbury’s local just around the corner to grab dinner on your way home after exploring the city.
The apartment was incredibly clean and warm and had such a homely vibe to it that on our first morning when the had the whole of Bristol to explore, we happily chose to chill there sipping tea and eating biscuits and didn’t want to leave!
If you are planning a trip to Bristol, we would definitely recommend Premier Suites as a convenient, modern and comfortable place to stay while exploring the fabulous city. Apartments are available from £76 for a one bedroom apartment.
